Sometimes the remoteness of a Wedding has a direct correlation to the closeness of the people who are a part of it. When you have to take a plane and a car and a bus and a gondola in order to celebrate someone’s big day, you can bet that the couple is so incredibly loved by every single person in attendance. They have good friends because they are good friends. And their wedding was a reflection of that.

They are surrounded by people who they have shown up for, given freely to, and stood by even in difficult times. And they’ve done much of that together. Everything from the vows to the prayers to the speeches were so beautiful and filled with emotion, and it was a blessing to get to be a part of it.
