Engaged: Heather and Chris

July 12, 2010

It’s been an average of… oh, I don’t know… seven trillion degrees in Atlanta these past few weeks, so we had planned to meet Heather and Chris at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens at 8:30 in the morning. Only problem? They don’t open until 9. So we started in the parking garage…which turned out to be totally awesome.

Other things that turned out to be totally awesome? EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ENTIRE DAY! Sorry for yelling at you… but it was just a really fun time, complete with love, orchids, stray turtles, skylines and Caribou Coffee.

Ba-da BLING!

The Atlanta Botanical Gardens are absolutely gorge. You would never guess that, smack dab in the center of the metropolis, there are literally miles of greenhouses and ponds and herb gardens. It was like getting ten locations in one.

Heather and Chris were set up on a blind date by a cousin… and they turned out to be a perfect match. Which just goes to show you that, in life, sometimes the most unexpected places are where love hides in waiting.

Heather and Chris, we are so glad that love found you. You are an awesome match, and we are lucky to have you as new friends. Let’s get together soon… we cant wait until next July to hang out with you again!
