One of our favorite things in the WORLD is shooting elopements. Today we are going to share our 5 favorite elopement spots in Colorado. These stunning locations make the perfect backdrop for intimate I-do’s:

1. Rocky Mountain National Park: RMNP is such an amazing Colorado treasure. We love this location for elopements because of its incredible diversity. The park is HUGE, but within it you can find mountains, fields, stunning lakes, wildlife and aspen trees. Anything that you can imagine that is quintessentially Colorado exists in RMNP, and we love shooting there.
2. Loveland Pass: This scenic pass is well known for being the short cut to all of the ski resorts, but it is also one of the best places to find some incredible views of the Rocky Mountains.
3. Breckenridge: If you’re looking for an elopement spot that you can stay near in style, Breckenridge is an amazing option. This little resort town houses one of Colorado’s top ski resorts, and it’s riddled with world class accommodations, restaurants and spas. If you’re coming to Colorado to elope and are staying for a Honeymoon, this might be the perfect place for you.
4. Copper Mountain: Our favorite thing about this spot is Copper Mountain’s little chapel. It’s so quaint and a great option if you want to elope indoors but still have access to all of the gorgeous views.
5. Boulder Flatirons: The flatirons are a series of giant rock slabs that line the foothills on the Western edge of Boulder. They remind us of something out of the Neverending Story, and we love how massive the formations are. The light around the Flatirons is magical, too, so that’s just another reason to love them!
