This is a new series we like to call “Peachy Keen”. We will be posting once a week about things we love that we hope you will love, too!

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the most wonderful thing God ever created was chocolate (ya’ know… besides babies and love and unicorns blah blah blah…). But this chocolate? This chocolate takes Cocoa Beans and gives them meaning and fulfillment. It was like Jaques Torres took these poor, down and out little beany-dudes and was like “here, have a real job”. And, oh man, do they!

We found Jacques Torres through our favorite Brooklyn couple, Lauren and Sal. They took Graham there after their engagement shoot, and then Graham took me there during our recent trip to New York. It is now our favorite chocolate shop in the entire world.

If you are lucky enough to be near one of his Manhattan or Brooklyn locations you have to go taste some of the crazy magic. And then mail some to me (remember: I love mail).
