Control. It’s something that I struggle with. A lot. Ask Graham, and he will not only agree with you, but raise his hands in the air and start “amen’n” you like a gospel choir in church.

Trust is another one of my challenges; and it has been a long, slow process to find someone to work for us who we both felt confident in. Someone we could really rely on – to let go of some of that precious control. At times, it felt like a needle-in-a-haystack kind of search, but we were patient… because, with this, we’d rather be patient than wrong.

Lacey is quiet in a way that makes those around her listen when she speaks. She is thoughtful in a way that makes it easy to believe in her. She is creative, talented and kind; and we are so thrilled to introduce her as the newest member of the Scobey Photography team.

We are excited for this next step in our business, and for the opportunity to do more of what we love to do. Thank you, Lacey, for already being such an amazing part of our team. We can’t wait to see all of the great things that you will contribute.
