A few weekends ago we got to be a part of a celebration that was so incredibly special in many different ways. For us, it was the last Wedding for the siblings in this amazing family, and we’ve had the privilege of photographing every single one of them (as well as some newborns and family shoots along the way). Over the past 7 years we got to be a part of Brad and Sarah’s Wedding in York, PA as well as Ryan and Francesca‘s Wedding in Cape Cod and earlier this month it was time for little sister Shelley’s Duke Chapel Wedding.
There is something unexplainably special about having a family trust you with that many memories. It’s a huge honor, and we both found ourselves tearing up several times during Shelley and Nishant’s Wedding, watching the families and the children who have already come to pass as a result of these Weddings and feeling overwhelmed by the beauty of it all.
Family is everything to them, and they honored it each chance they had, from the watch worn by the Groom (which belonged to the Bride’s late Father) to the two ceremonies that paid homage to the two family traditions being represented. It was all so incredible to be a part of, and we are so excited to share their images.
