It was just as her Dad turned to tuck her hand gently in the crook of his arm; that’s when the emotions started to come out. She looked up at him and smiled; just so that he knew she would always be his little girl. And they waited. They waited for their turn to walk, arm in arm, down the aisle to the Love of Her Life. Because this day wasn’t about goodbyes; it was about new beginnings and all of the adventures that would come with it. It was about two people (one who loves to run, and one who doesn’t) commuting to love each other for better and for worse – through differences and joys. This day was about two families becoming one and all of the happiness that is positively worth celebrating. This Shupe Homestead Wedding was such a special one, and we are so happy to share it.
