Last weekend we had the pleasure of teaching at Click Away in Amelia Island, Florida. Trading the snow for some sand and sun was much needed, and we loved getting to be a part of it.

Something that is really unique about Click Away is the variety of hands-on classes the attendees have the choice to learn from. They offer everything from underwater photography (a class I totally wish I had been able to go to!) to classes about shooting in harsh light and fostering connection.

We taught two hands-on classes on Couples Portraits in Challenging Locations. It was so fun to tackle what to do when the light isn’t ideal, the location is tough, or you don’t have enough time to do what you want. We loved getting to walk through our process with people and watch lightbulbs go off as we talked through expectation setting and doing our jobs well even when it’s hard.
